Digital Products
NovaReads sells downloadable educational eBooks in PDF format. Products are delivered digitally and are not shipped as physical goods.
Purchases
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information and you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of the order, including any applicable taxes. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
License
Upon successful payment, NovaReads grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download and read the purchased Product for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own. You may print a single personal copy for your own use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, upload, or make our Products publicly available in any form. You agree not to remove copyright notices or attempt to circumvent any technical measures protecting the Products.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. NovaReads does not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees.
Intellectual Property
All Products, including their text, layout, cover art, and associated materials, are the intellectual property of NovaReads or its authors, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaReads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the website or Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you breach these Terms. Your license to use previously purchased Products survives termination, provided you continue to comply with the Acceptable Use section.
